Refund policy

At Bodhi Organics we are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic tea, spicy chai, hot chocolate and tea making equipment. We want you to love your purchase. If your purchase is damaged or faulty in some way please return it unopened, and packaging in new condition, within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund (excluding return shipping). Should you wish to return a product please contact us on info@bodhiorganictea.com, with a valid reason for return, to receive a return authority number. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to clear. Bodhi Organics accepts returns in accordance with Australian law.
